Telemarketing instrument of the Dutch Parliament
The Hotline to the People is situated in the entrance of the Dutch Parliament. When the horn is taken off the hook, the telephone automatically and randomly connects with one of the 6 million landline numbers in the Netherlands.
People working in Parliament can ask an inhabitant of the Netherlands a question to find out what he or she thinks about a certain political matter.
